Have you ever attempted to copy and paste Excel data only to see the data copied but not the column widths? Wonder how you can copy and paste both? Here’s how:
Using Excel 2007: 1. Select the cells you want to copy and hold down the CTRL key and press C (CTRL+C).
2. Go to the destination location and paste the information using CTRL+V. The data is copied but the cells are not the right width.
3. Click the arrow on the right of the button. Choose Keep Source Column Widths.
4. Your columns are now formatted correctly.
Shortcuts Key: CRTL+A selects entire the worksheet. |
