Signatures in ACT! PDF Print E-mail

ImageHow can I set up an email signature in ACT!?

Click on Tools | Preferences | E-Mail | Composing Options | Signature

Notice some of the options in sending the email – you may want to choose Attach to Contact as your default. Also, notice you can ALWAYS have your email history be PRIVATE (or you can choose to make private any sensitive emails as you send them).

Create a new signature and then in the Edit screen, type in the signature you desire.

If you would like to change the default font for your email composition or email viewing, this font (or fonts for most views) can be changed by clicking Edit/Preferences/Colors & Fonts:
