We first learned of the term Cybrarian back in 2002 when we were working for a client helping them develop their database. The Cybrarian Service we employed did data research on companies, filling in biographical and financial information.

Today, there are many services that provide that biographical information through web research and some even download automatically into your database system.  This is very helpful for people you already have in your roster but what if you are trying to develop a targeted list?

We were intrigued with the idea and began working with local librarians, data analysts and teachers who find this type of work fascinating! And boy, do they get results!

Most of us can use free services to locate lists, but what if the raw data provided in these lists doesn’t suit your needs?
