Webinars and Online Training If you need to cancel or reschedule a webinar or online training session please contact us more than 48 hours before your scheduled session to avoid a rescheduling fee.
Cancellations of webinar or online training session within 48 hours of the event as well as "No-Shows" to the event are non-refundable. All webinars and online training sessions are recorded and you will receive a link to download the recorded version of the event. If Synthesis cancels a webinar or online training session then a full refund will be issued to all participants. All sales on downloaded products are final. Incorrect or Defective Merchandise If you receive incorrect or defective merchandise, please return it and we will send you a replacement. Synthesis, Inc. will reimburse the cost to ship the damaged item back to us for replacement. Please include with your defective item: - Copy of the original order's receipt.

Please allow up to 3 weeks after a returned item is received for processing. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.
We recommend that you send your return item via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. Defective merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase in order to qualify. We understand that special circumstances arise.
