Barbara Rogoff opened the doors of Synthesis in 1994 with one client and a great idea: give high-touch detailed service with integrity and consistency.  After spending 20+ years as right-hand to four different CEOs, Barbara learned the importance of organization and keeping a sense of humor!

Building a business by organizing office space, database systems and financial systems, Barbara became a devout ACT! Maniac.  Barbara credits this program for growing her business exponentially every year and now travels the country training sales teams how to increase performance and sales by using ACT!  to the max!

In 2006, Barbara introduced 5-Touch Point Marketing™ and remote ACT! Training: InterACT!-ing™.

An ordained minister with a degree in business and a Masters of Divinity, Barbara offers advanced ACT! training as well as any level of training in Peachtree & QuickBooks.

Gary Rogoff joined Synthesis in 1998 after spending 25 years in sales and sales management, 19 with the same company.  Gary has a degree in marketing and a skill for handling details with consistency and accuracy.

Building on the core principles of Synthesis, Gary opened his own division: Operational Management. Gary has developed custom operational management systems for small and mid-size companies, tracking sales from contract to delivery with the focus on customer satisfaction.

He offers Sales Training Seminars, 5-Touch Point Marketing™ training, ACT! training and accounting services. Gary is a golf enthusiast, car nut and avid wood-worker.
