Did you know the IRS offers free W-2s, 1099s, W-3s, & 1096s and they will mail them to you?

Granted, these are not the laser printing sheets; however, if you are a small business person and only need to create a few W-2s, or if you are like me and it takes several tries to get a 'good' W-3, these freebies are wonderful.

Now is the time, too, to have all your vendors fill out W-9s and to have your employees review their own W-4s for tax withholdings. These are also free and downloadable.

Go to www.irs.gov and click on Forms and Publications. Search for any and all forms and if they are available for download, they'll offer it in a PDF format. If you need to order forms, call 1-800-TAX-FORM. Use this site for some great tips too!
