When I am in my calendar I see the contacts' names with my activities, which can be confusing as my prospect list isn't familiar to me. Is there a way to change to the company name instead?

If you send out a mailing to a hundred people and would like to make a notation about the material mailed in each person's history, you can use ACT!'s Record History feature to accomplish this task.
