Barbara RogoffBarbara Rogoff opened the doors of Synthesis in 1994 with one client and a great idea: give high-touch detailed service with integrity and consistency. After spending 20+ years in corporate as right-hand to three different CEOs, Barbara learned the importance of organization and keeping a sense of humor!

Building a business by organizing office space, database and financial systems, Barbara became a devout ACT! Maniac. Barbara credits this program for growing her business exponentially and now trains sales teams across the country how to increase performance by using ACT! to the max!

In 2006, Barbara introduced 5-Touch Point Marketing™, a proven method toward painless cold calling, and remote ACT! Training, which she coined: InterACT!-ing™.

In 2010, Barbara launched Synthesis FOUNDATIONS: Focus on Sales – a 9-week virtual small group training designed to help entrepreneurs, sales leaders and business owners target consumer behavior in their particular industry, create and implement a sales process to attract that consumer, then benchmark the efforts through an accountability process. This highly personalized program is by application only.

An ordained minister with a degree in Business Finance and a Masters of Divinity, Barbara offers advanced ACT! training as well as any level of training in Peachtree & QuickBooks.

Gary RogoffAfter spending 25 years in sales and sales management (19 with the same company) Gary Rogoff joined Synthesis in 1998. Gary took over the management of the operations of the company and was asked, also, to direct the business growth in a more targeted manner. Gary is known for distilling all information down into three reports for 'success at a glance' - both in sales and production. His Monday morning sales meetings are legendary - he can keep the finger on the pulse of Synthesis by asking 25 people to submit 3 reports - their prospect list, their sales funnel and their next week's itinerary. Within an hour, he manages the direction of the team and ensures all prospective sales are geared to closure. This consistent leadership is a hallmark of Gary's contribution not only to Synthesis, but to clients.

Gary manages all subcontractors for Synthesis and in 2008 determined there was a need for a Project Management system to enhance productivity. Not surprisingly, he distilled this reporting down to 3 reports: The Big Picture, what's due this week, what's overdue. Although most projects are complex, this simplicity of reporting takes the guesswork out of Synthesis productivity - for the client, the provider of the service, and Synthesis.

Gary has clients he has served since his first day at Synthesis. His services include accounting, ACT! Training, and 5-Touch Point Marketing™. Although his role is more 'behind the scene' everyone agrees it is Gary's quiet, consistent leadership that has taken Synthesis from a home-based business to a Virtual Team with a global client base. His nickname is 'man of few words'.
