Barbara Rogoff opened the doors of Synthesis in 1994 with one client and a great idea: give high-touch detailed service with integrity and consistency. Prior to Synthesis, Barbara spent twenty years in corporate environments working for three visionaries in private, government and non-profit sectors. Now she heads a team of people who continue supporting all three industries through back-office support.

Building a business by organizing office space, database and financial systems, Barbara’s team has a niche market serving restaurants, construction and any size small business. Barbara has a Business Finance degree with a Masters of Divinity, but her best education comes from owning her own business for over twenty years. Gary Rogoff

After spending 25 years in sales and sales management (19 with the same company) Gary Rogoff joined Synthesis in 1998. Gary took over  the operations of the company and was asked to direct the business growth in a more targeted manner. Gary is known for distilling all information down into three reports for ‘success at a glance’ – both in sales and production. His Monday morning sales meetings are legendary – he can keep the finger on the pulse of Synthesis by asking 25 people to submit 3 reports – their prospect list, their sales funnel and their next week’s itinerary. Within an hour, he manages the direction of the team and ensures all prospective sales are geared to closure. This consistent leadership is a hallmark of Gary’s contribution not only to Synthesis, but to clients.

Although his role is more ‘behind the scene’ everyone agrees it is Gary’s quiet, consistent leadership that has taken Synthesis from a home-based business to a Virtual Team with a global client base. His nickname is ‘man of few words’.
